This Privacy Policy explains how Three Dots Team ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you play our games or use our apps and websites (together, the "Services"). We keep it short and plain — because nobody enjoys legalese.

1 Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the game and your device settings, this may include:

Information you give us

  • Messages you send us (for example, when you email support), including your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Optional profile details in games that offer accounts or leaderboards (such as a nickname).

Information collected automatically

  • Device & technical data — device model, operating system and version, language, region, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage & gameplay data — levels played, scores, in-game progress, session length, taps and feature usage.
  • Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data that help us fix bugs.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address (country/region level only).

Advertising identifiers

Our games are free and supported by ads. Advertising partners may access your device's advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID / GAID) to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit this at any time in your device settings (see Your rights & choices).

2 How we use information

  • To run, maintain and improve our games and features.
  • To save your progress and sync it where a game supports it.
  • To understand what players enjoy so we can build better games.
  • To show and measure advertising, including limited personalization where permitted.
  • To detect, prevent and fix bugs, fraud, cheating and abuse.
  • To respond to your support requests and, if you ask, to contact you back.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3 Advertising & analytics

We work with trusted third-party companies to deliver ads and understand how our games perform. These partners have their own privacy policies governing the data they process. The services we may use include:

  • Ads: Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin (MAX), ironSource, Meta Audience Network.
  • Analytics & crash reporting: Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play, when you download or make purchases.

4 Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With the service providers listed above, so they can perform services for us.
  • To comply with the law, a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
  • As part of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

5 Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Aggregated or anonymized data, which can no longer identify you, may be kept longer.

6 Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Where a game is directed to a general audience, we ask ad partners to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us — we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Control your ads

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising.
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads, to reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

8 International transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and our partners may process data in other countries. Wherever your data is processed, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be highlighted in-game or on this page.
